TERMS & CONDITIONS – LEOSKILL

Welcome to Leoskill (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic contract between You (“User”, “You”, “Your”) and Leoskill and govern the use of Our website, platform, products, and services (“Services”).

By accessing or using Our Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Services.

1. Nature of Services

Leoskill is an EdTech platform providing hybrid training (online + offline), assessments, mentorship, internship assistance, and placement support for educational and skill development purposes.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minors may use Services only with parental or guardian consent.

3. Enrollment & Access

Upon payment and enrollment, You will receive access to the program for a duration of 6 months, unless otherwise specified.

Access may include:

  • Video lessons
  • Live instructor-led sessions
  • Offline sessions
  • Recorded content
  • Assessments
  • Mentorship support

Content consumption may be monitored for policy compliance.

4. Certification Policy

Certificates of completion are issued only upon successful completion of program requirements.

For EMI-based enrollments:

  • Flagship programs (e.g., Data Science & AI): Certificate issued after course completion AND after complete EMI payment
  • Short-duration workshops / bootcamps: Certificate issued upon course completion, even if EMI continues

Leoskill may define which programs fall into each category.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, designs, branding, curriculum, videos, assignments, and digital assets are owned exclusively by Leoskill and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Record
  • Resell
  • Publicly distribute
  • Share on social media or Telegram
  • Re-upload or pirate content

Unauthorized use may result in legal action, termination of access without refund, and indemnity claims.

6. Payments & EMI Terms

Payments may be made via:

  • Razorpay
  • Stripe
  • UPI / GPay
  • Bank EMI
  • Third-party lending / EMI partners

If EMI is offered:

  • EMI approval is subject to lender underwriting
  • EMI disbursal is considered full payment to Leoskill
  • Refunds are not applicable after EMI loan disbursal

For Self-handled EMI:

  • Installments must be paid on time
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access, withholding of certificate, placement assistance, or legal recovery

7. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published separately.

8. Placement Support Disclaimer

Leoskill offers resume building, interview preparation, mock interviews, internship assistance, and career guidance.

Leoskill does NOT guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Salary or CTC
  • Interview shortlisting
  • Employment offers
  • Hiring timelines

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Disrupt sessions
  • Defame instructors or the Company
  • Submit fraudulent work
  • Share access credentials
  • Abuse mentors, staff, or students
  • Misuse discussion groups

Violation may result in termination without refund.

10. Third-Party Services

Services may integrate with Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Razorpay, and analytics systems.

Leoskill is not responsible for downtime, service errors, or third-party data handling practices.

11. Force Majeure

Leoskill is not liable for failures due to events beyond control including pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, internet outages, acts of God, war, riots, or natural disasters.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Leoskill against claims arising out of user misconduct, content piracy, payment disputes, EMI default, defamation, or platform misuse.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability of Leoskill shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific program. Leoskill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Non-Disparagement

Users shall not publish malicious reviews or defamatory statements intended to harm the Company. Leoskill reserves legal rights for protection.

15. Arbitration & Governing Law

  • Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Venue: Bengaluru, Karnataka
  • Language: English
  • Governing Law: Laws of India

16. Assignment

Users may not transfer or assign enrollment to any third party without written approval.

17. Electronic Contract / Acceptance

By clicking “Enroll Now”, “Proceed”, “Pay Now”, or accessing content, You enter into a valid and enforceable electronic contract under the IT Act, 2000.
